| Every individual can remember a teacher who made an unforgettable impact on his or her life. Teachers are passionate, hardworking, positive influences on a child’s life. Besides imparting knowledge, they subtly mold who we become. Teachers are learners, too. They strive to explore ways with which they can make learning fun for the students. Teachers are the epitome of perseverance as they creatively address challenges, such as funding cuts, long hours of work and preparation, test mandates and various student learning styles. At The Henry Ford, we believe teachers are our partners in education, and they need to be empowered in inspiring ways.
