The Henry Ford Food and Beverage Team is committed to supporting the Michigan economy. Whether it’s a local farmer, a food producer, or a distributor of Michigan products, they all play a vital role in our success here at The Henry Ford and in the success of our state as a whole. Whenever possible, we make a committed effort to purchase goods from local farmers or producers located within 200 miles of our campus, or at the very least, the State of Michigan at large. Our firsthand relationship with our growers and suppliers helps us to ensure a healthy business climate. This supports the state, provides fresher goods for our guests, and results in a reduced impact on the environment. We celebrate Michigan’s foodways by supporting and growing our family of local farmers, producers and partners.
