We all know the little plastic bride and groom that topped many a-wedding cake in days gone by. Bride and groom toppers seemed to be a thing of the past and were replaced by other stylish embellishments.

A custom monogram is perched at the peak of this elegant cake. Other popular toppers include bows or themed items that tie in with the wedding decor or interestes of the bride and groom.

On this classically simple example, flowers take the cake.

However, in recent years we’ve seen a resurgence in popularity of the traditional formal bride and groom topper.
